Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day from our Cairo hub. Greater Cairo delivery takes 1–2 working days; other governorates 2–5 working days. Capital equipment (ICU beds, ultrasound, imaging) is delivered by appointment with an installation engineer.
Returns
Unopened, non-sterile items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original packaging. Sterile, single-use and custom-configured items are non-returnable for patient-safety reasons. Faulty devices are covered under warranty — open a service ticket and we arrange collection.
